I was thinking more of my experience as an English teacher - writing has become so formulaic - creativity just isn't celebrated like it was when I began teaching. At least in my experience.

Teaching has changed a lot since I was working in the public school system years ago. I'm not too keen on the changes.

I have read both Torn and Darkness Betrayed and Loved them Both.. Anything written by Christine Hughes is fantastic! she really makes you realize that there is no Black and White only shades of grey!
